- Provide training at Tecore facility or on customer site
- Deliver manuals (user reference/provisioning; troubleshooting and alarm; installation and turn-up)
- Service application notes/brochures

- 24 hours x 365 days remote support, accessible via phone or e-mail
- Standard factory repair service/replacement
- Proactive performance monitoring at state-of-the-art Customer Response Center (CRC)
